People can be so crazy. They want a simple weight loss plan and then don’t follow it. What they really want is an outrageous weight loss plan, something that is going to melt fat like butter over a burning hot stove. Does such a plan exist?
It might, but when you burn something fast you will undoubtedly find yourself suffering from mental and physical “burnout†someplace not too far from the starting gate.
Not the ideal weight loss result you’re looking for.
A good alternative should be to warm things up and then increase the heat slowly, taking the furnace up a few extra notches, pacing yourself, so when you do reach the top level of acceleration you’re absolutely ready for it.
So back to the beginning: What is the simple weight loss plan? Begin by examining your surroundings. More specifically what 3 things in your home environment are hindering your weight loss progress? Could it be you’re watching too much TV? Does your home look consistently scuttled or untidy?
Are there too many goodies in the pantry for late night snacking? The first part of the plan is to remove any obvious roadblocks. You do this by first identifying those things in which you know are not conducive to maximum weight loss, and then eliminating them completely.
Next step: Organize your energies into laser-like precision. Think of a glass filled with water. Think of that same glass as your daily energy storage tank. Once that water is gone, so is your energy. You must realize that you have limited internal resources to draw from daily.
